The process begins with a completed application by the client for the selected standard, followed by a contract and the development of a certification program.
The audit is conducted in two stages – documentation review and evaluation of the implemented system. It concludes with the issuance of a certificate valid for three years.
A surveillance audit is conducted annually to ensure that the certified system complies with the standards and is effectively implemented.
Every three years, a recertification audit is carried out to renew the validity of the certificate.
